Hornell
Sean D .Quick, 24, of Stephens Avenue, Hornell, passed away Sunday (January 19, 2020) at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, surrounded by his family after a brief illness.
Sean was born on Long Island in Mineola NY. He was affectionately known as “Lil Sean” by those who knew and loved him. He spent his life between New York, Colorado, and Florida making lifelong friends every step of the way. He enjoyed music, the beach, but above everything else, he loved his family. He had a special bond with his mother Linda, and made sure to talk to her at least once a day. Sean was fiercely loyal to those who earned his love and would do anything for those in need. Sean was always ready to lend a hand. As his mother always said, “The one with the weakest heart, had the biggest heart”.
Sean was born to Sean John Quick and Linda June Hopkins (Gies). He was predeceased by his father. He leaves behind the two children that meant more to him than anything else in the world : Jak Josiah Quick and Liberty Lynn Quick, and their mother, Angel Marie Mead. Sean also leaves behind his four brothers; Dylan Hopkins (Stephanie Wilcox) , Corey Hopkins (Alyssa Matt), John “JB” Hopkins (Amanda Spike) all of Hornell, and Daniel Quick (Mackenzie Gump) of Baltimore, Maryland. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
