Randy T. Miller Elmira Randy T. Miller, 63 of Elmira, passed away unexpectedly on March 17, 2021. He was born on April 29, 1957 in Elmira, the son of Frederick and Caroline Miller. Randy was a graduate of Elmira Southside High School. He had been employed for 18 years at Toshiba in Horseheads, 16 years as an over-the-road tractor trailer driver. He especially enjoyed several years traveling with his wife; Rebecca with United Van Lines. Randy and Rebecca enjoyed dancing, camping, playing cards and especially traveling. On November 14, 2009, he married his bride of 11 ½ years; Rebecca Manry Miller of Hornell who survives. In addition he is survived by 3 children from a previous marriage; Timothy Miller from Kansas, Melody (Joseph) Shuster of Elmira, and Richard Miller of Horseheads, his mother; Caroline Miller of Horseheads, 3 siblings; Frederick Miller, Laurie and Ray Miller. He was predeceased by his brother, Danny Miller in 2018. Randy had 2 grandsons and one grand daughter along with many nieces and nephews. Brown, Director at Brown & Powers Funeral Home of Canisteo. The Celebration Of Life Service will be held on Saturday (April 17, 2021) at 2 PM at Lighthouse Wesleyan Church, 101 South Lackawanna Street in Wayland NY. Visitation will be held from 1:30 until 2 PM. Services will be officiated by Pastor Robert and Cheryl Parker. In lieu of flowers, you may make a donation to his widow for funeral expenses, Please, no real flowers. +
