William E. Fraser, 70 of West Main Street, Fillmore, passed away Sunday (March 28, 2021) at Olean General Hospital.
Born in Rochester, May 30. 1950, the son of Howard and Margaret Pasquae Fraser, he had resided several years in Canisteo, Andover, and the past 8 years in Fillmore. Bill was employed at Vesuvius Hi-Tech Ceramics in Alfred as a kiln operator.
Bill served his country honorably as a member of the United States Navy, and was a member of the Canisteo American Legion Post.
He was predeceased by his parents, and brother; Frederick Fraser.
Surviving are his wife; Elizabeth Ingalls Fraser to whom he was married on February 11, 1984, his daughters; Tina Hinkle of New Jersey and Nichole Fraser of Fillmore, his sons; Howard Fraser of Avoca and Louis Fraser of Caneadea, his sisters; Susan Jackson of Avoca, Bette Groves of Florida and Gertrude (David W.) Morgan of Canisteo, his brothers; Daniel (Carole) Fraser of Idaho, John Sherner of Canisteo, Leon (Stacy) White of Greenwood, half sister; Cheryl Seward of Florida and half brothers; Stephen Fraser of California and Brian Fraser of Florida, 7 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

The family will be present to receive friends on Friday (April 2, 2021) from 10 AM until 12 Noon at the Brown & Powers Funeral Home, 6 Spruce Street in Canisteo where funeral services will be held following calling hours with Rev. Daniel Pickering officiating. Burial with military honors will follow at Bath National Cemetery.
