Diana L. Olds, 72 of Albion Street passed away Monday (Aug. 2, 2021) at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester.
Born in Hornell, April 14, 1949, the daughter of Elmer and Frances Eason Schreiner, she had resided nearly all her life in the Hornell – Canisteo area. She was a graduate of Canisteo Central School, and had been employed at the former Sugarcreek Store in Hornell. Diana was a life member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Hornell VFW. In later years, her favorite job was caring for her grandchildren and great grandchildren whom she dearly loved.
She was predeceased by her parents, and her husband; Donald Olds Sr. in 1996.
Surviving are her daughter; Cassie (Andrew) Kinnaird of Hornell, her sons; Timothy Schreiner, Sean Olds, and Donald Olds Jr. all of Hornell, her sister; Vanessa (Carl) Buckholz of Lima, four grandchildren; Shelby (Ben) Dewey, Cody Kinnaird, Dustin (Lacy) Kinnaird and Hannah (Colin) Feenaughty, her great grandchildren; Nora Dewey, Ava Dewey, Brooklyn Feenaughty, and Everleigh Kinnaird, several nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews.

The family will be present to receive friends on Saturday (Aug. 7, 2021) from 4 PM until 6 PM at the Bender-Brown & Powers Funeral Home, 354 Canisteo Street in Hornell where funeral services will follow calling hours at 6 PM with Rev. James Lagnese officiating.
