Joseph Allen Jones, 42 of East Avenue, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday (Dec. 18, 2021) in Hornell.
Born in Hornell, October 18, 1979, he had resided his entire life in Hornell. He had been employed as a welder at Mercury Aircraft in Hammondsport.
Surviving are his mother; Mary Jones of Hornell, his brother; Shannon Taulbee of Georgia, his grandmother; Lillian Patterson of Hornell, his aunts; Deborah Bacon of Hornell, Rhoda Jones of Wyoming, his uncles; Wendell Jones of Birdsall, Brad Jones of Canisteo, Glen Jones of Missouri and Robert Patterson of Birdsall, his nephews; Wesley Taulbee and Aaron Taulbee both of Georgia, several cousins.
Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life to be held on Saturday (January 15, 2022 at the Hornell VFW on Canisteo Street from 1 PM until 4 PM
