Mary Dineen, 88, of Mill Street passed away Friday (Sept. 30, 2022) at St. James Hospital surrounded by family.
She was born on January 18, 1934 the daughter of Walter and Leah (Fay) Kull and had resided the vast majority of her life in the Hornell area.
Mary was a Communicant of Saint Ann’s Church in Hornell and was a member of The Hornell Alumni Association. She will be fondly remembered by many, especially by her Grandchildren who she enjoyed spending time. She was an avid NY Yankees fan, loved going to lunch at the Wellsville Texas Cafe, or out to dinner with Carol, Joanne and Donna. Mary also enjoyed caring for her beautiful hanging baskets.
She was predeceased by both her parents as well as her Son; Randy Harkenrider in 2015, Husbands; Bobby Joe Harkenrider and Samuel J. (Jim) Dineen, three Brothers; Bill, Bobby and Richard Kull, two Sisters; Renee Towner and Barbara Flint and two Nieces; Tammy Flint and Peggy Cooper.
Mary is survived by her Daughter; Christine (Earl) Rawleigh of Bath, Two Brothers; Chris Kull of Hornell and Jim (Barbara) Kull of Canisteo, two Sisters; Norma Crooks of Bradenton, FLA. and Nancy (Tom) Glynn of Nashville, TN., six Grandchildren; Nikkole Rawleigh, Jordan Cash-Rawleigh, Leah Harkenrider, Toby Cash-Rawleigh, Samantha Harkenrider and Ryan Harkenrider, Daughter In-Law; Susan Harkenrider as well as many Nieces, Nephews and Cousins whom she loved dearly.
In accordance to Mary’s wishes, there will be no calling hours. A private Memorial Service will be held by the family at a future date. Burial will be at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Town of Fremont.
