Susan Holmes (Woodworth), daughter of Jack and Yvonne Woodworth, passed away peacefully with her daughters by her side, on Sunday, January 29th in West Virginia, after a brief battle with cancer at the age of 65.

Sue is survived by her two loving and devoted daughters, Liz (Shawn) Clink and Tara Van Der Eems, and her grandchildren Gray & Landon Clink and Taylor Long. She was predeceased by her son Keylan Holmes and granddaughter Lexi Long. Sue is also survived by siblings Judy (Pat) Maloney, Neil (Sherrie) Woodworth, Mark Woodworth, Enid Woodworth and Colin Woodworth.

Sue was born on June 6th, 1957 in Greenwood, New York. She lived in upstate New York until moving to Northern Virginia in the mid 80s and finally settling in Orma, West Virginia.

Sue graduated from Canisteo Central School and then dedicated 30 years of her life working as an automotive service advisor. She enjoyed working with customers and helping them solve problems with their vehicles.

Sue was an avid gardener, a dedicated super fan of the Buffalo Bills, and she loved her dog Pina. Sue's family and friends will miss her spunky spirit, endless energy, and inquisitive nature.

There will be a Celebration of Peace ceremony at Brown & Powers Funeral Home in Canisteo on Saturday, June 17th at 1:00 pm.
