Andrew R. Kinnaird age 53 of Albion Street, died unexpectedly on Wednesday (September 13, 2023) at UR St James Hospital.

 

He was born in Olean, New York on June 11, 1970 the son of Thomas Kinnaird and Catherine Atherton Kinnaird Phillips. Andrew moved to the area about 30 years ago, and had worked for Wal-Mart as a licensed optician for many years. He was a musician/drummer, and an avid outdoorsman especially hunting and fishing. His kids referred to him as dad who could do and or fix anything without looking it up on YouTube.

 

He was predeceased by his parents.

 

He is survived by his wife Cassandra “Cassie” Olds Kinnaird, his sons Cody Kinnaird of MA, Dustin (Lacy) Kinnaird of Dansville, his daughter Hannah (Colin) Feennaughty of MD, his niece Shelby (Ben) Dewey of Hornell, his brother Rick Covert, his sisters Millie Jedrosko, Linda Jurgens, Kathy Nolan as well as other siblings, his grandchildren Nora, Ava, Brooklyn, Everleigh, Onaleigh, and Hazel.

 

A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday (September 19, 2023) from 2-6pm at the Hornell VFW 256 Canisteo Street in Hornell.
